Returns & Refunds Policy

We guarantee satisfactory shopping experience to our valuable customer. However we have settle 30 days return policy after delivery of products. You are encourage to exchange or refund almost every product within 30 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange. Once we have received and inspected your return product within 72 hours of receipt your exchange order will be processed.


If you want to exchange your product due to any reason then it is processed and delivered to you by taking next 10 business days.


On the terms of refund, its process will take 7 business days and you will be informed via email confirmation that your return is successfully reimbursed. The procedure will take up to 10-40 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Refund will incline on the original mode of payment.


The customer is eligible for return or refund only under the following conditions.

  • If wrong product is received by the customer.
  • If the product is imperfect.
  • If the product is damage in shipping.
  • If the product is harmed.


If you want to return the product, please read the requirement which are applicable within the 30 days of delivery.

  • Product must be packed in original condition with the tags attached.
  • Products must be returned in good profile to ensure that you receive credit.
  • Please mention your order number with the product.
  • While filling the Return Form please provide the correct Return Tracking no.
  • For shipping use traceable methods like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post are trustworthy.
  • Once everything is inspected thoroughly (within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issue in next 7 days and you will be notified through email confirmation that your return has been received. However depending on your financial institution it may take 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
  • Send back the return product at this address.


  • Customized or personalized products are not entitled for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
  • Kindly note that in case of returns, customers will be liable to pay shipping charges in order to sent back the product to us.


We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. We hope you will understand that your custom order is specially made for you as per your details including style, material, color, accessories. Thus, it is not acceptable for us to sell it to anyone else. However we give our best to minimize the chance of return and help out customers by offering solutions.

Our team is dedicated to get your perfect fit in the first attempt. We minimize the return rate by sharing the pictures of your custom order before sending to your way. If still your custom order looks fit we embrace you for first alteration without any charges. When you opt for custom order, Our customer representative will ask for your body measurement. We request you to please refer our size guide. It will aid you in taking your accurate body measurement by minimizing the occurrence of size issue. Still if your product reach at your doorstep and there is any issue with the size we have already stated that we do first alteration without any charges but shipping charges of sending back the product will be paid by you.


The purpose of sharing the picture of order product before dispatching is to let you view the material, stitching, design, color or any other crafty that was asked by you to done in your order. We assure that you will be happy and stress free.
